Completed and signed credit application (by principal of company) and a Copy of principal’s driver’s license

Insurance Requirements:

Certificate of Insurance with minimum $1 million liability.
- 1- Storage trailer – General liability
- 2- Road trailer – Automotive liability and Physical damage
Physical damage (depending on value of trailer).
Talay Trailer Sales & Rentals Inc. is shown as additionally insured and Loss Payee.
1st Months’ Rent
Delivery & pick up (if applicable)
Security deposit – Minimum $1000 (based on credit)
Lease to be signed by Principal of the company “or” letter from principal (on company letterhead), stating they personally guarantees all trailers picked up by and signed for by their employees. Drivers must present a valid driver’s license at the time of pick up.
